We tripled our number of clients, helping 192 dispensary locations integrate custom mobile apps into their operations. This growth wasn’t just about numbers—it was about empowering dispensaries to strengthen customer engagement and drive repeat sales. With more locations adopting our apps, we’ve seen firsthand how our solutions contribute to lasting success.

2. Onboarding Our First Multi-State Operator (MSO)

Another major achievement came with the onboarding of our first Multi-State Operator (MSO). This partnership expanded our reach into five states and 21 locations, marking a significant milestone for Digital Awesome. By working with an MSO, we were able to provide a unified app solution across multiple locations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and increased sales.

3. Sales Growth in Key States

In 2024, we observed remarkable sales growth in key states like Michigan, Ohio, and Arizona. Dispensaries in these regions saw substantial revenue boosts through the use of our custom mobile apps. Whether it was increased foot traffic, repeat visits, or higher average order values, dispensaries in these states experienced a clear return on investment from their apps.

4. Ohio Success Story 

One standout success story from 2024 came from a dispensary in Ohio. Within just three months of launching their custom mobile app, they saw a 1,021% increase in app sales. This remarkable growth is a testament to the power of our apps in transforming customer engagement and driving sales.

5. Loyal Customers Achieve 60K Milestones

One example of our app’s impact comes from a dispensary in California. Despite just 965 downloads, they’ve seen tens of thousands of sessions and over 60K achievements earned. This high level of engagement and retention highlights how even smaller user bases can drive significant customer interaction when the app delivers real value. The consistent use of these features has resulted in strong customer loyalty and repeat engagement, proving that quality and relevance are key to success.

6. Partnerships and Integrations That Made an Impact

Throughout 2024, we solidified key partnerships and integrations with some of the top platforms in the industry such as PufCreativ, Treez, Happy Cabbage, Aeropay, AIQ, Springbig, Jane and Cannabis Creative Group among many others. These collaborations allowed us to enhance our app features and offer more seamless experiences to dispensaries. 

7. Custom Features to Enhance the User Experience

In 2024, we also developed 12 new customizable features for dispensaries to enhance their app experience. From dynamic promotions and tiered rewards to mini-games and microcurrency, these features allow dispensaries to create personalized experiences that boost customer engagement. With even more features coming in 2025, the possibilities for dispensary growth are endless.
