BASK is a Massachusetts dispensary serving both medical and recreational cannabis customers across two locations. As the business grew, the team wanted to create a mobile experience that would strengthen customer engagement and make ordering easier for their audience.
Their goal was to build a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience that felt consistent with their existing digital presence while also giving customers a reason to open the app every day.
To bring this vision to life, BASK partnered with Digital Awesome to launch the BASK dispensary mobile app — a fully branded mobile platform designed to mirror the BASK website experience while introducing new incentives that encourage customers to sign in, browse products, and check out directly from their phones.
The app was designed to feel cohesive, on-brand, and engaging, while making the mobile ordering experience faster and more convenient for BASK cannabis customers.
We were looking to have a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience with built-in incentives to sign in and check out. We want it to feel consistent with our website branding so the experience is cohesive and on-brand. Mostly, we want it to be fun — an app people want to open daily.
